Cancellations & Deposits
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Some appointments require a deposit, which is deducted from your treatment total on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
What happens if I cancel late?
Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
What if I arrive late?
We may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule to stay on time for other clients.
What is your no‑show policy?
Missed appointments may be charged in full.
What about prepaid packages?
If you cancel late or do not attend, one session may be deducted. Packages are non‑refundable once the first session has been used.
