Cancellations, Rescheduling & Deposits

  • Some appointments require a deposit, which is deducted from your treatment total on the day.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    What if I cancel or reschedule within 24 hours?

    If you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a late cancellation fee will apply.

    This fee is equal to the full cost of the appointment and will be charged to the payment method on file.

  • Simply contact us via email - remi@renueclinic.uk. We aim to respond within 4 hours.

  • We understand that life has a way of interfering, there is a grace period of 15 minutes - there is no late fee applicable.

    However we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule to stay on time for other clients.

    After 15 minutes appointments may be cancelled.

  • There is free parking indeed.

    A few streets are permit holders only between 12pm - 2pm, Mon - Friday.

  • Missed appointments may be charged in full.

  • Yes — providing accurate medical information helps us ensure your treatment is safe and suitable.

  • Some treatments require a patch test 24–48 hours beforehand. If this applies to your treatment, we’ll let you know when booking.

  • Arrive with clean skin

    • Avoid active skincare for 24 hours

    • Avoid sun exposure or self‑tan

    Your confirmation email will include any specific instructions.

  • Availability Slots are released on the 20th of each month.

    There are no extra fees no matter what time slot is booked.

    We aim to provide a premium around the clock.

  • The Renue Clinic remains open on all bank holidays except from Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

  • Please come to your appointment with no mascara and clean lashes.
